HR & Recruiting Administrator feeds the best and brightest people and it takes the best and brightest team to do that. We're growing our HR team and looking to add an HR & Recruiting Administrator to assist in all aspects of the employee life-cycle for all employees across the company. Partnering closely with the HR Manager, the HR & Recruiting Administrator will have an impact on Recruiting, On-boarding, Payroll and Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, Training & Development, and Performance Management.


  • Manage full-cycle recruitment & on-boarding efforts across the nation, from sourcing and interviewing to offer and orientation
  • Assist in administering payroll and benefits, working with our HR system and being the main point of contact for questions
  • Support HR Manager on any employee relations matters and assist in ensuring positive workplace culture
  • Document and suggest improvements for processes and procedures to ensure standardization and efficiency across a number of functional areas
  • Manage performance management and ongoing training & development processes and schedules
  • Other projects and initiatives as assigned

Requirements / Experience:

  • 1-2 years HR and/or Recruitment experience
  • 4-year college degree
  • Basic working knowledge of federal and local labor laws
  • Experience administering benefits and/or payroll
  • Experience supporting remote sites preferred
  • Startup experience is a plus
