HR & Recruiting Administrator


Cater2.me feeds the best and brightest people and it takes the best and brightest team to do that. We're growing our HR team and looking to add an HR & Recruiting Administrator to assist in all aspects of the employee life-cycle for all employees across the company. Partnering closely with the HR Manager, the HR & Recruiting Administrator will have an impact on Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll and Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, Training & Development, and Performance Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment & onboarding efforts across the nation, from sourcing and interviewing to offer and orientation
  • Assist in administering payroll and benefits, working with our HR system and being the main point of contact for questions
  • Support HR Manager on any employee relations matters and assist in ensuring positive workplace culture
  • Document and suggest improvements for processes and procedures to ensure standardization and efficiency across a number of functional areas
  • Manage performance management and ongoing training & development processes and schedules
  • Other projects and initiatives as assigned

Requirements / Experience:

  • 1-2 years HR and/or Recruitment experience
  • 4-year college degree
  • Basic working knowledge of federal and local labor laws
  • Experience administering benefits and/or payroll
  • Experience supporting remote sites preferred
  • Startup experience is a plus
