Director of Vendor Relations

We’re looking for a driven individual to lead our Vendor Team, overseeing all culinary partner development, including new partnerships, concept innovation and ongoing management. You'll be responsible for strategically and tactically developing a best-in-class culinary partner organization, encompassing everything from culinary and experience development to on-boarding and quality control. You’ll operate on a national level to lead’s culinary partner strategy and collaborate with other senior leaders to craft national company strategy. is a growing mid-size startup on a mission to make eating at work amazing.  We're changing the way employees eat by drawing from a diverse set of local, passionate food providers that are making company meals more exciting inside and outside of the office. We work collaboratively across 11 US markets, from San Francisco and New York to Austin and LA.


  • Lead the development and strategy of our culinary vendor partner organization 
  • Develop and implement unifying partnership and relationship standards across all markets focused on providing the best possible experience for our culinary partners and clients 
  • Lead development, prioritization and project management of culinary development process to create and implement new concepts, dishes and service experiences on a national and local level 
  • Oversee partner on-boarding process and partner management operations 
  • Lead, manage and support a highly productive, motivated and driven national team, and work with local managers on hiring, training and ongoing career development 
  • Actively participate in senior meetings to help craft goals for the long-term direction of


  • Bachelor's degree required, master's degree desired 
  • Proven leadership and experience with managing effective partner relationships that are high, wide and deep 
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a broad knowledge of management practices and strong business analysis/project management skills 
  • Demonstrated business savvy to effectively communicate and work with other executives in support of achieving business and systems goals 
  • Excellent communication skills with a wide range of audiences including partners, front line managers and C-level leaders
