Director of Operations

We’re looking for an analytical and creative leader to head our national operations team, someone who is excited about contributing both strategically and tactically to help us develop a best-in-class account management organization and think creatively about the customer experience Cater2.me is delivering. You’ll operate on a national level to lead Cater2.me’s operational strategy and collaborate with other senior leaders to craft national company strategy.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and strategy of our core national operations organization, including defining and optimizing operating processes and procedures
  • Develop and implement unifying best-in-class operational and customer service standards across all markets
  • Lead development, prioritization and project management of operational initiatives focused on improving client experience, operational efficiency, client retention and LTV growth
  • Lead, manage and support a highly productive, motivated and driven national team, and work with local managers on hiring, training and on-going career development
  • Identify and collaborate with department heads on strategic and tactical opportunities on both a local and national level
  • Actively participate in senior leadership meetings to help craft quarterly goals for all departments and the long-term direction of Cater2.me

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required, master's degree desired
  • Proven leadership and experience with managing direct client relationships that are high, wide and deep
  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality, consumer services, management / business consulting, business services, client management, or account management roles preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a broad knowledge of operational best practices, process analysis and optimization, and strong business analysis / project management skills
  • Experience managing numerous projects, as well as resources, remotely in a highly distributed organization
  • Excellent communication skills with a wide range of audiences including clients, front line managers and C-level leaders
